EXTREMELY IMPORTANT;Remember to clarify exactly what you want with descriptions and image references for the best result.Use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only. Meaning it should not be intended for commercial uses such as profit or advertising unless discussed otherwise. An additional fee will be charged for commercial uses.The commissioner may print the art and claim the right of their character, but not the artwork itself.The commissioner is allowed to post the work on their social media with proper credit given to me the artist.The Client must specify the content of their Commission to the best of their ability prior to a Commission Agreement.I, the artist hold every right to the produced lineart or illustration, I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: promote myself within any place or site, use it in my portfolio, or publish it in books.Changes are only allowed in the sketch stage! Any major changes after rendering will incur an additional fee. I'll be updating you frequently on the progress of the commission so in the case that I miss an asset or detail please notify me in the early stages these will be changed free of charge, anything that is added to change in later stages will come with the extra fee.If you will be directly profiting from artwork, then you’ll need commercial rights!
What this means:
Prints with intent to distribute at places such as Conventions, Online stores, Signings, etc.
Merchandise with intent to distribute at places such as Conventions, Online stores, Signings, etc.
Use for branding and online presences, such as Vtubers, streamers, and influencers who intent to use the art to promote and present themselves.
Use of product on monetized media on platforms such as Youtube, Twitch, Spotify, TikTok, Twitter, etc.
Editing or using in graphics outside of the initial commission.
Overall if your intent is to promote or make money off the commission, then commercial rights will be required!
Commercial Rights fee: 100% Percentages based on Commission Price total.Commissions will take roughly 10 days depending on my queue, the complexity of the piece and my communication with you.Yes, refunds are allowed if I have not started on the commission yet, but when paid and started on the art there are no refunds. 50/50 payment, pay half as I start on the project and half when it's done. Also full-payment works too.Include what pose and expression you want for your characters and make sure to include references, how they look like, eye color, hair color, hairstyle, clothes, body type, etc.Depending on backgrounds the complexity and time it adds to create add an additional fee.The coloring and shading of the character are included in the price.Adding items such as a Keyblade, a Magical staff, or other accessories, etc, comes with an extra fee so make sure and add in references for the best result.Thank you for reading, if you have any questions feel free to reach out to me on my social media!
